I am Peter Schröder, an experienced consultant, coach and mentor with heart and soul who is all about helping leaders and organizations succeed.
With over 30 years of experience in various roles, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs, managers and organizations.

I attach great importance to personal meetings, but of course I also offer online consultations on request in urgent cases. There are no limits to where I can work, as I am happy to come to you without restrictions.
My main working regions are Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom, but we can also arrange any location that suits our work together.
