I am Peter Schröder, an experienced consultant, coach and mentor with heart and soul who is all about helping managers and companies to succeed.
With over 30 years
experience
in various roles, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs, managers and organizations.
My path began as a paramedic in the emergency services and eventually led me into product management and key account roles in the medical technology industry.
In 1998
I dared to take the step
into self-employment and founded my first company. Since then, I have been a shareholder in national and international medical technology companies and have managed strategic sales and marketing teams in 80 countries.
During my
professional career
I have worked in many areas and developed them further, from acquisition to achieving sales targets.But the highlight for me has always been supporting people in their development and career. Whether it was supporting individual training or recognizing exceptional performance, helping others progress has always given me great pleasure.
